Seeking a Platform Support Engineer to ensure the health and performance of the trading platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining high standards of service and is driven to provide a best-in-class user experience. You will be responsible for managing incidents, supporting clients, and maintaining multiple environments. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our trading operations. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor multiple production and non-production environments. Resolve complex incidents and implement long-term solutions. Diagnose and resolve technical issues. Lead projects focused on innovation and optimization. Work with technical teams and leadership on issue resolution and strategic projects. Handle system-generated alerts and escalations. Enhance monitoring capabilities with custom scripts and tools. Develop and optimize automation scripts to streamline processes. Experience: 7+ years in Production/Application Support. Experience in DevOps. Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, and Linux environments. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Incident Management, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL. Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Bash. Experience with monitoring and automation tools like DataDog, Terraform, and Ansible.
