Day to Day:
In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain various systems including Allen Bradley PLCs, Logix 500, Studio 5000, PLC 5, Versa Views, Vega Gauges, RSView machines, Siemens PCS7, and WinCC.
Your responsibilities include working on conveyors, palletizers, de-palletizers, filling equipment, and high-speed packaging lines.
You will assist contractors with permits and the direction of assigned tasks, and perform assigned preventative maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment.
Additionally, you will respond to call-outs after normal working hours and troubleshoot tank level systems and gauges.
Installation tasks involve screwed flanged and compression-fitting piping and tubing.
You will also operate and maintain hot oil heaters, air compressors, and fire pumps.
Maintaining proper housekeeping and cleaning in your area to ensure a safe working environment is crucial.
The minimum salary starts at 30/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational or Technical school graduate preferred
5+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing
Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, Logix 500, Studio 5000, PLC 5, Versa Views,Vega Gauges, RSView machines, Siemens PCS7, and WinCC
Need working knowledge of liquid filling and metering systems, conveyors, 120v and 480v equipment.
Need working knowledge of welding, Lockout-Tagout, hot work, line breaking, fire suppression systems.
Controls experience required.
5+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing
Ability to work night shift
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
