Position Overview:
As a Plumbing Technician at Nandail Property Management, you will be responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems within multi-family residential properties. Your proficiency with various piping materials, as well as your ability to detect leaks, will be crucial to your success. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, manage project materials, and execute eco-conscious installations, all while ensuring accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: Must be experienced in leaks and breaks.Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential properties.Utilize various piping materials, including copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, and PEX for repairs.Detect and address leaks in building systems, both internally and externally, as well as underground.Perform drain cleaning and resolve sewage backup issues.Interpret blueprints and job specifications related to plumbing systems.Assess material requirements and quantities for both new projects and ongoing maintenance.Review blueprints, building codes, and regulations to guide work procedures.Maintain thorough records of work assignments and completed tasks.Repair, replace, or remove plumbing system components as needed.Install eco-friendly plumbing fixtures, such as faucet flow restrictors and tankless water heaters.Apply specialized techniques and equipment for tasks like welding small pipes and working with unique piping materials.Perform other plumbing-related duties as necessary.Requirements: Experience in multifamily maintenance or a similar field.Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).Bilingual skills are beneficial but not essential.Must demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and teamwork.Ability to travel as part of the role.Valid and up-to-date driver's license required.Personal vehicle and tools are necessary.Additional Information: The cost of materials will be covered.Gas expenses are reimbursed.Payment Method: Bi-weekly payments.Payments can be received via direct bank transfer for convenience.Join Nandail Property Management and become part of a team dedicated to excellence in property maintenance.
