At the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center, we host a variety of events and aim to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Plumbing Apprentice to join our facilities maintenance team.

Hourly Rate: $26

Job Description: As a Plumbing Apprentice with ASM at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center, you will gain hands-on experience in plumbing while working alongside experienced professionals.
This role is designed for individuals eager to learn the trade and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist licin the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems throughout the venue.


+ Help diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, assisting in repairs and replacements as needed.

+ Support the installation of pipes, fixtures, and fittings in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.

+ Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

+ Participate in training sessions to develop plumbing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

+ Certification from Plumbing Trade School/College

+ Minimum 1 year plumbing experience

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Good communication skills and attention to detail.

+ Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

+ Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in various environments.
