Your New Role:
As a Plumbing Field Supervisor, you'll be the captain of our ship on the vast waters of commercial plumbing projects.
You're not just managing projects; you're steering them to greatness.
Your days will be filled with: Navigating multiple project schedules and ensuring your crew and materials are right where they need to be. Building bridges with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and our internal teams to keep projects flowing smoothly. Making site visits to ensure everything is up to code and our high standards of quality. Ensuring the toolbox is always full and the team is ready to tackle the day's challenges. Championing safety and making sure everyone gets home to their families. Mentoring the next generation of plumbers, solving the unsolvable, and being the go-to for technical wizardry. Playing a key role in growing our team by scouting and coaching new talent. Your next big opportunity is just a pipeline away! Requirements Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing or construction management. Experience in plumbing projects is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and mentor teams, particularly in plumbing or related fields. Strong skills in managing multiple project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders (General Contractors, Subcontractors, etc.
), and ensuring project adherence to plans and specifications. Deep understanding of plumbing systems, and installation processes, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to enforcing these among all team members and subcontractors. Ability to conduct thorough site visits, inspect installation progress, and ensure all work meets high standards of quality. Skilled in ensuring the availability of all necessary materials, supplies, and tools for scheduled work. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, as well as conducting performance reviews and managing disciplinary actions. Openness to personal and professional growth, with a readiness to take on new challenges and contribute to the company's success. Strong inclination towards teamwork and collaboration, with a 'no task is too small' attitude. Values the importance of work-life harmony and is available for a Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule, with no weekend shifts.
