Install, maintain, and repair heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration and kitchen equipment, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and cooking facilities.Maintain and repair both restroom and food stand plumbing and associated equipmentRespond to service calls and expedite repairsMaintain preventative maintenance scheduleMaintain records of equipment installed and removedMaintain and repair make-up exhaust air handling units, including fans and motorsMaintain and repair chemical feeder & UV disinfectant unitsMaintain and repair sprinkler systemMaintain and repair pipe & pumps and equipment in water park THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:
A high school diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years commercial , industrial experienceMust possess the metal and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights up to and in excess of 50 ft, crawling, and working in confined spaces and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work outdoors and extreme temperatures .EPA LicenseAbility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to uphold Guest First standards and Total Safety cultureValid driver's license and a clear driving record.
