The Role:
We are looking for aPM leader, Ranking & Relevanceto lead the ranking/relevance / personalization of our core business across organic and ads, with potential to drive dynamic bidding/targeting / creative. We see $152B of line item level purchases from 12M MAUs uploading an average of 30 receipts a month. The core mechanic of Fetch is users uploading receipts to get reward points, based on offers that our advertisers put into the system. The current Relevance teams are a nascent area of Fetch, aiming to harness all that data via ML and Rule-based modeling to rank the 100s of offers a user is eligible for and sort the ones they are most likely to be interested in. Down the road, there is potential to further tailor and optimize the bidding, targeting & creative. This will dramatically influence the trajectory of success for our users, partners and Fetch.
We are looking for a PM with deep experience in ranking & personalization ML in organic or ads content, using both traditional feature modeling and deep learning. This PM will work closely with the eng lead guiding the efforts of about 30 engineers, alongside several adjacent teams. We are in a growth mode, rapidly expanding with lots of opportunity for ambitious talent.
Requirements:
Deep experience with ML, driving organic and/or ads ranking & personalization
A minimum of 6+ years of PM experience, 8+ years a plus.
Demonstrated PM craft in setting vision, strategy, priorities, roadmap, product delivery, achieving business outcomes, working with OKRs, and collaborating XFN with sales, services & marketing to bring products to market and grow their success.
A plus:
PM with experience in ads quality, RTB, inventory management / forecasting, ads optimization, audience segmentation, audience targeting, A/B testing experimentation platforms, ads experimentation, programmatic ads, dynamic creatives, retail media networks, optimization algorithms, bidding & pricing algorithms, pCTR/pCVR/ML
Data science, mathematical background a plusCPG / Merchandising / Retail / eCommerce a plus
Experience with two side marketplaces
