We are currently seeking a skilled Polarion Administrator with experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to join the team in Maryland Heights, MO.Summary:In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Polarion application, ensuring it supports our Agile development processes effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, customize, and optimize the Polarion environment, aligning it with SAFe practices. Key responsibilities include user management, workflow configuration, dashboard creation, and providing technical support and training to users.Day to Day: Manage and maintain the Polarion application to support agile development Configure and customize Polarion to align with SAFe practices As a Polarion Administrator (SAFe), you will provide technical support and training to users Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the Polarion environment Ensure system security, user access, and data integrity REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Polarion Administrator Strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
