Polarion Developer - Remote Usa

Seeking a skilled Polarion Developer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Polarion ALM tools and be proficient in customization, automation, and integration development . This role involves working closely with business users to translate their requirements into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Polarion ALM platform (workflow automation, trigger scripts, custom LiveReports, etc.) Leverage Core Java and REST API integrations for Polarion customization . Execute end-to-end software development lifecycle using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Manage ALM tools , staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends. Interact with business users to gather requirements and convert them into a data model. Lead training sessions and facilitate UATs and CRPs. Qualifications: Extensive hands-on experience with Polarion ALM platform (development, configuration, and customization) . Strong understanding of SDLC processes and ALM phases. Proficiency in Core Java, REST APIs, and OSLC APIs . Experience with Siemens Polarion as an end-user, configurator, and developer. Ability to lead and conduct training sessions.
