Ability to follow routine, as well as verbal and written instruction. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork. Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. Ability to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and tolerate prolonged exposure to the sun. Must have: Reliable transportation. Working cell phone with data plan (GPS scheduling require while on duty). Must be 18+. Must be able to be firm and strict with enforcing rules. Must be available weekends & holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities: Enforce pool rules. Verify identity of all residents and guests. Present professional appearance and attitude. High standard of customer service. Keep pool area and restrooms tidy. Prepares and maintains written logs and reports. Schedule: Holidays. Monday to Sunday. On call. Weekend availability.
