Responsibilities We are seeking four Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialists to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD (ICC-B).
Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector and will directly contribute to development and implementation of business and mission analytics efforts.
An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.Primary Responsibilities:• Keep abreast of IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and make recommendations to keep the Sponsor's strategy aligned accordingly• Portfolio Management - Monitor and analyze portfolio data and present findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues• Strategic Planning – support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities• Performance Management – ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics• Lead outreach with private sector, liaison, IC, and DoD partners on data interoperability requirements• Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials• Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences
Qualifications • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required• JOURNEYMAN Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
SENIOR Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
SME Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
(additional experience accepted in lieu of degree)• Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills• Working knowledge of data and AI topics• Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills• Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage competing priorities• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills• Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000.
This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
