Are you a financial advisor burdened with wearing too many hats?

The Opportunity:

In this role you would be responsible for managing short term client relationships & closing extremely warm leads of prospective clients who are interested in investing with this firm and would be willing to invest $500,000+.
You would be working closely with the Portfolio Management team and Financial Planning team who would create an investment proposal and a financial plan, that you would help present to the client.
The goal of this position is to convert these warm leads into actual clients of the firm.


Due to the pay transparency laws that have gone in effect, I am including the full salary range for this position: $65,000-$120,000 + commission.


However, realistically for new hires, compensation schedule is as follows:

For the first 6 months salary starts at $85,000-$90,000.
After 6 months the salary drops to $65,000, however the commissions really pick up.
Average total in your first year is around $130,000.
Average total compensation in year 2 and beyond is within the $150,000-$280,000, with top producers earning $300,000+.
