Your opportunity
As the Portfolio lead to the team, the role will focus on managing market research needs for products or therapeutic areas within the organization and conducting and managing primary and secondary market research projects.
You will be responsible for managing primary and secondary market research projects, including labeling and advertising.
You will be providing marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches.
You will be analyzing data and making strategic recommendations.
You will be responsible for contributing to the annual business plan and maximizing market potential.
You will be responsible for interpreting and translating scientific clinical data into commercial implications.
You will be responsible for directing the development of the company marketing plan and supporting sales activities for specific products or product lines, including assessment of potential markets.
You will be responsible for establishing pricing strategies, developing budgets, and monitoring expenditures. May develop short and long-range strategies for product expansion.
You will be interfacing with Product Development, Production, and Manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing products or product lines. May act as a technical advisor for specific products.
You will be overseeing market analysis, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying customer needs.
You will be defining vision, strategies, and tactics and selecting, developing, and evaluating employees to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Who You Are:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
You have proven experience in developing and driving successful marketing campaigns.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to optimally collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
You have a proactive mindset and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
