Position Summary:
In the position of Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing sales orders.
Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems a customer might face with accuracy and efficiency on their account through email, chat-based workspace, and telephone.
Essential Job Functions: Receive and process sales orders for entry into SAP.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents as required for auditors.
Ensure accuracy of data entry with regards to vital information such as business name, address, and phone number(s).Communicates via email, chat-based workspace, and telephone to provide sales order status to customers, releasing orders to the warehouse team, sending completed orders to be goods issued and then invoiced.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesRun system reports on scheduled basis to ensure orders are executed in a timely manner Position Requirements: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ' Communications or similar field of study.Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in customer service environmentAdditional Experience Desired: of experience in Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Typing skills (50-75 words per minute) and 10 Key (typing technique involving a numeric keypad).Preferred Certifications: N/AAdditional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Spanish verbal and written abilities are preferred. Base Pay Range:15.00 - 20.00 per hour
