Position: Intentional Interim

Elim Lutheran Church (ELC) is located in Randall, Iowa, which is in central Iowa, about 15 miles north of Ames. We are a mission-minded church and we have recently lost our long-time pastor. He has gone home to see our Lord after dealing with cancer.
We have an active congregation, very strong youth programs, and a strong tradition of pastors serving us for many years. We are seeking someone who is familiar with Lutheran worship, certified with LCMC, and trained as an Intentional Interim to help us navigate this time of transition and prepare us well for our next permanent pastor.
