Freshman Speech Teaching Assistant (GA)- Spring 2025Position Summary: The graduate assistant hired for this position will be responsible for teaching 3 sections of Com 101 (9 classroom hours per week). In preparation for teaching, this graduate assistant will construct and submit lesson plans on a weekly basis to his/her supervisor. This graduate assistant will be fully responsible for teaching all course content, grading all speech projects and written work, and meeting with students outside of class who need additional assistance. This is a 9-month GA position starting January 2025. Required Education: Actively pursuing OR already has earned an M.A. in Communication through BJU.
