About this role: As a Post-Acute Hospitalist, Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide post-acute care in designated facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada. You are responsible for admissions, rounding, coordinating the patients' overall care, diagnosis and treatment, discharging, and documenting patient outcomes. There are 9 providers covering 6 locations, with each location comprised of 1 physician and 1 advanced practitioner provider whom you would supervise. Patient daily consensus is between 18-20. Facility is subject to change if there is a shift in patient volume.
This position includes a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000.00 You will practice at Canyon Vista Post-Acute, 6352 Medical Center St. Las Vegas, Nevada 89148 Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with work every 3rd weekend. When working every 3rd weekend, you will cover additional practice locations up to 3. Night call is one night a week, telephonically, from 5pm to 8am.
