Performs visual inspection for foreign objects and oil both interior and exterior. Prepares paint/powder mixture Identify paint/powder materials. Paint parts move into oven. Set line speed and track controls. Prepare color, paint and clean equipment. Keep paint inventory. Assist in cleaning paint booth and wash lines as required. Assist in paint prep. Know processes and documentation required. Participation in the company quality and ISO processes. Operate specific equipment as indicated on the Boyne City Skills Matrix. Perform other work-related duties as required. Vocational, High School Diploma or GED. Ability to interpret drawings and Bills of Material Good verbal communication skills.
