Due to growth and expansion, Matrix has an open position for an experienced Press Brake Operator for 1st (M-Th 7:00 to 5:30 pm).

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Powder Coat Metal Parts and assemblies according to requirementsOperate all paint system equipment including wash bay, paint booth, oven and spray guns.Adjust paint booth equipment for different powder applications insuring proper paint application and coating thickness after curingFollow all safety rules and quality standardsMaintain a clean and orderly paint booth areaWork with other paint dept.
members to maximize productivity and ensuring continuous product flowAssist with preparing parts for painting-loading, washing and unloading parts from paint line
Requirements:
Use of respirator and other PPE equipment per MIOSHA requirementsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust have strong attention to detail and qualityWork effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood attendance is a mustMust be able to lift 40 lbs 1 year minimum powder coat painting experience preferred
