Experience Level: Mid-Level (5-8 years experience) Experience Required: 2 Years Education Level: High school or equivalent Type: Full Time Compensation: $51,000 - $70,000 + Full Time Benefit Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Key Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in powder coating within a manufacturing setting.
Primary Responsibilities: Prepare parts and assemblies for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to metal surfaces.
Ensure a smooth and consistent application of powder coating, maintaining thickness and color consistency.
Conduct quality inspections of finished products, rectify defects, and ensure adherence to our standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, complying with safety protocols and regulations.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct basic maintenance for optimal operation.
Collaborate with the production team to achieve deadlines and productivity targets.
Accurately record work performed and materials utilized.
