Milliman's CMH Health Practice is looking for a Power BI Analyst to join their vibrant, dynamic, and growing practice.
Power BI Analysts will have the opportunity to work in an emerging area that supports a wide variety of markets within the healthcare industry, while working alongside some of the leading experts in the field.

Job responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
Perform data analysis, and data validation.
Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver comprehensive BI solutions.
Ensure compliance with all Milliman required Quality Risk Management requirements.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Visualization or related fields.
2-4 years of related work experience.
Proven experience with Power BI and other BI technologies.
Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and Power Query is preferred, but not required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Competencies and Behaviors that Support Success in this Role Adept at queries, presenting findings in interesting and convincing visuals.
Knowledge of healthcare analytics platforms, and processing environments including Graphical User Interfaces, Batch, and APIs.
Experience with SAS, SQL, and other programming languages a plus.
Proven expertise using Microsoft office applications, Excel and pivot tables.
Experience using Power Query and writing DAX.
Familiarity with dimensional data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, lake house architecture, ETL processes and capacity management.

Location: This role is based out of the Milliman office in our Brookfield, WI, Chicago, IL, or Hartford, CT office, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.

Salary: The salary range for this role is $66,000 - $129,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
