Operate autonomously, making informed decisions with limited oversight. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and assess requirements, then design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain sustainable reporting solutions. Create engaging and informative dashboards and reports using Power BI, applying appropriate chart types and visualizations to clearly convey insights. Identify and resolve performance issues in reports and dashboards by optimizing data queries, models, and refresh rates.
