Required Skills and ExperienceProficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.Hands-on experience in data integration and data modeling in Power BI.Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query M.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Primary ResponsibilitiesReport Development: Design and develop interactive and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making processes.Data Modeling: Create and manage efficient data models using Power BI Desktop.Data Integration: Integrate data from various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services.Data Analysis: Analyze data to discover trends and patterns and generate data-driven insights.Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance.Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.Documentation: Document technical specifications and maintain Power BI report documentation.Why Kyra?Founded in 1997, Kyra Solutions is a national leader of transportation technology and regulatory solutions in government.
