Power Platform Developer Clearance Required : Active Secret Clearance Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions for the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing CRM solutions and working with the Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies, with experience integrating secure and scalable solutions in regulated environments.
This role involves hands-on development, customization, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities : Develop model-driven apps and configure/customize CRM solutions Integrate CRM Solution with Power BI, Microsoft Office products , including Azure, Outlook, Office Products, Power BI, Power Automate, and MS Teams.
Collaborate with DOJ stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to gather and refine technical requirements.
Implement secure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and other security measures in line with federal standards (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53).
Support the integration of CRM solutions with internal and external systems using APIs and ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of development.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain the performance of the CRM solutions.
Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and federal compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
U.S. citizen and currently residing within the United States.
3 years of experience in Microsoft CRM or Power Platform.
Knowledge of implementing RBAC, object-level permissions, and field-level security.
Familiarity with API integration and data synchronization between CRM and external systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
Experience in federal environments, particularly with law enforcement or intelligence agencies.
