What You'll Do
Responsible for leading and supporting an orthodontic clinic team in partnership with the clinic's doctor to achieve smooth operations, high levels of patient and team member satisfaction, and growth and profitability of their practice locations
Drive clinic growth and development through strategic planning, sales management, and execution of growth initiatives
Create and foster positive relationships with the team, the doctor, patients, and the community
Hold team accountable for hitting key metrics and performance goals
Serve as a liaison between the doctor and the team regarding clinic team members work assignments, clinical priorities, and performances
Lead community events and local store marketing efforts
Assist with recruiting, hiring, performance evaluations, time keeping, and coaching
Handle patient escalations and renegotiate contracts as needed
What You'll Need
2 or more years of leadership experience required
1 or more years of sales experience required
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
1 year or more experience as a sales manager preferred
