Overview We are looking for a Practice Integration Specialist - De Novo to join the Practice Integration Team at Sage Dental This role will focus on, but is not limited to, preparing and launching new dental clinics from the initial set-up, support, and guidance of operational processes.

This position requires up to 90% travel time which may include weekends and overnight stays, as applicable.
Travel is non-negotiable and the selected individual must reside in Florida, Georgia or Tennessee.
If you are never satisfied with the status quo, you can pivot quickly and enjoy digging in to solve complex problems; we'd love to hear from you Responsibilities Actively participate in the set-up and operational launch of De Novos (new clinics).
Oversee and organize the supply purchases, equipment, administrative, and clinical setup in preparation for the grand opening.
Monitor office supplies and purchasing inventory as needed with attention to company guidelines.
Actively assess the assigned clinic and evaluate its needs in preparation for opening.
Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the office in preparation for the grand opening.
Communicate effectively on challenges/obstacles that will affect the set-up and launch of the clinic.
Facilitate training sessions as assigned.
Provide on-site and remote support throughout the assignment, during the turnover period & grand opening, and hand-off to the Director of Market Operations.
Meticulous management of checklists.
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of the integration process and supporting materials.
Establish relationships with other participating stakeholders, such as Development/Construction, IT, RCM, HR, Accounting, and other departments, to ensure a successful launch.
Act as a resource, representative, and mentor for others to assist in the understanding of new policies and operations processes.
Actively participate and schedule meetings with internal/external stakeholders to manage tasks and provide updates.
Develop and maintain a culture of transparency, collaboration, feedback, and excellence, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all clinic team members.
Travel to assigned locations, with overnight stays as needed.
Other projects and initiatives as needed to promote the needs of the organization to support business growth and development.
Qualifications Associates Degree, certification, Dental related experience Knowledge of front office and clinical operations.
If a Dental Assistant: Expanded functions certificate or at least two years of dental clinical experience Administrative experience within a dental office, two years preferred Knowledge of Dentrix, Dolphin, other software a plus.
Comfortable with teaching, training, and mentoring staff if required.
Ability to work independently, proactively anticipate, problem-solve, and adapt appropriately to challenges.
Ability to shift between strategic planning and thinking to detailed execution of deliverables.
Close attention to detail and organization in all aspects of your work.
Positive outlook and a strong sense of curiosity - whether uncovering patient and staffing insights or solving business challenges.
