This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and a consultative approach to selling, with a focus on scoping client needs, creating tailored proposals, and managing project delivery with delivery teams. The ideal candidate will provide concrete examples of their process, from identifying client challenges to delivering custom solutions. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution, contributing to A.Team's growth in the AI-driven space. AI and GenAI  @ A.Team:  We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead to focus on selling A.Team's AI and GenAI offerings. In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, for clients looking to leverage Generative AI and A.Team's on-demand managed teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through tailored solutions that leverage A.Team's unique capabilities. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide examples of how they scope, propose, and execute client solutions, showcasing their sales and consulting processes. **Note - this is a part-time contract role with the opportunity to move into a full-time role.
\n In this role, you will…Consultative Sales: Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, particularly around AI and technical solutions, and offer tailored A.Team offerings that solve their most pressing problems.GenAI Expertise: Utilize your understanding of Generative AI to position A.Team's GenAI capabilities as a core part of our service offerings, helping clients harness this technology for business growth.Solution Scoping & Proposal Development: Lead the process of scoping client needs and developing tailored proposals. Provide examples of your past work and methodologies to illustrate how you identify client needs, design solutions, and create compelling proposals.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at tech-forward companies, acting as a strategic advisor and driving long-term partnerships.Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within the GenAI and managed teams space, ensuring that clients see value through tailored engagements.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction. About you: 10 years of experience in  full-cycle consultative sales, particularly within the AI or technology sectors.Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies, use cases, and their application in solving business challenges.Demonstrated experience scoping client needs, developing custom proposals, and presenting solutions that address both technical and business requirements.Ability to provide concrete examples of your process, from client scoping through proposal delivery, showcasing how you manage client engagements end-to-end.Experience working with technical or AI-driven teams, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
