This Management position is responsible for the day-to-day operations within a dedicated service line in a manner that supports exceptional patient care and promotes the achievement of business and financial goals.
Oversees the daily clinical, financial, and administrative operations of the Practices and is responsible for the direct supervision of all support personnel.
Provides leadership to facilitate and ensure high quality patient care, excellent customer service and patient access, timely and accurate billing services, and compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards.
The Service Line Manager will work closely with the clinicians (physicians and APRNs) to ensure they are receiving adequate support to achieve practice goals and objectives.
The Service Line Manager will oversee a service line staffing model, patient access, and will delegate operational and fiscal activities as appropriate.
Responsible for maintaining the environment of care to Day Kimball Healthcare standards, and for the coordination of environmental and equipment maintenance and upkeep services.
This position is responsible for the Practice's billing, information technology system, and financial management functions.
This position will collaborate with the Quality Improvement Director and Director of Operations for management of clinical issues including clinical staff oversight.

Experience: Minimum of three to five years' experience managing physician practices, including managing physician financial and productivity performances, setting customer service and quality standards, preparing physician schedules, and developing professional billing and coding workflows and forms.
Proficiency in Microsoft computer software required.
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
Practice management computer systems and financial reporting experience necessary.
