Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Practice Manager, Litigation to support their Litigation Section.
This position can be based in either their NYC or Boston office. The firm offers a collaborative environment with growth potential and an excellent benefits package!

Job Details: Support the Litigation Section and collaborate closely with Section and Practice management.Serve as the point of contact for associate development, workload management, and operational matters.Oversee associate professional development, including performance monitoring, evaluations, and training programs.Conduct quarterly check-ins with associates and help identify development opportunities.Manage work allocation and analyze metrics to monitor attorney utilization.Assist with strategic initiatives, section administration, and budget oversight.Coordinate section events and support associate accolade submissions.Collaborate with recruiting and HR to facilitate hiring, onboarding, and professional development for associates.Prepare reports and business intelligence insights to inform section leadership on trends and key performance indicators.Serve as a leader and mentor within the firm's Practice Management team, working to develop best-in-class practices across the organization.*
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; J.D.
strongly preferred5+ years of experience in practice management, professional development, or HR within a large law firmStrong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departmentsStrong leadership skills and a customer service-oriented approach*
Salary: $145K-$165K annually, based on experience.
