Job Summary: The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of administrative and clinical support functions for large and/or multi-site Care New England Medical Group (CNEMG) practices and service lines.
The practice manager will collaborate with nursing leadership when nursing oversees or has a matrixed relationship within the practices.
The Practice Manager builds and maintains effective working relationships with providers and leaders throughout the system.
The Practice Manager will embrace and support a vision to provide innovative patient and family-centered care within practices that emphasize quality, service, and access.
The Practice Manager is charged with motivating and leading staff to carry this vision forward.
Specifications: Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in health care and 3-5 years supervisory; experience managing a multi-specialty practice preferred.
