SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all activities for the recruitment and hiring of advanced practice clinicians. Responsible for administration of advanced practice recruitment programs to ensure that highly qualified candidates are identified and presented to the hiring managers in a timely and professional manner. This includes oversight of the applicant tracking process, candidate identification and screening, coordination of interview and selection activities, offer negotiation and finalization and initial onboarding. Knows and understands the systems and processes of HR, including source and repository of all HR data.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): Bachelors Degree Minimum three (3) years Clinical Recruitment and/or related experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S): Formal recruitment training Experience implementing diversity recruitment plans Experience in negotiation and overcoming objections WHY PENN STATE HEALTH?
