He/she ensures that business objectives are met while respecting budgetary constraints, deadlines and stakeholder expectations. As a key interlocutor, he/she interacts regularly with the sales team. Product Owner and the Scrum Master within SILAMIND to ensure smooth coordination and quality delivery. Main responsibilities Strategic Supervision Supervise the overall project to ensure that the customer's business objectives are met, while respecting external constraints such as budget, deadlines and specifications. Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with the Product Owner on the customer side to ensure that needs are understood and translated into concrete action. Working with the Scrum Master to ensure effective coordination of in-house teams. Project Management Develop and maintain the project schedule, monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust resources and priorities accordingly. Ensure that the project is executed in the best conditions and in alignment with strategic objectives. Reporting and monitoring Provide regular reporting to management on project progress, including KPIs, identified risks, and recommendations for optimizing delivery. Process compliance Project management: Ensure that project management best practices and agile methodologies are followed throughout the project. Risk management Identify, assess and mitigate potential risks to project delivery. Implement contingency plans if necessary. Customer satisfaction Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by being proactive in communication, managing expectations, and ensuring that deliverables meet requirements. Skills required Project Management : Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, with the ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage relations with internal and external stakeholders (Product Owner, Scrum Master, management). Excellent time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills. Leadership and Communication : Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and steer them towards common goals. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to customers and technical teams. Certifications : Certproject management ifications (e.g. : PMP, Prince2, Scrum Masteror Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus. Languages : Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
