Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 120+ pre-suit personal injury files efficiently and effectively.Utilize personal injury case management software with expertise.Request and organize medical records, insurance limits, and medical bill summaries.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Prepare closing documents, including settlement statements, HUDs, and CDs.Provide outstanding client communication with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).A minimum of three (3) years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation.Exceptional interpersonal skills—you can empathize with clients and navigate sensitive situations tactfully.Calm and composed under pressure—you can handle stressful situations with ease.Enthusiastic about client communication and view every interaction as an opportunity, not an interruption.Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software.Reliable and professional—you "check your baggage at the door" and maintain focus at work.
