We are looking for a Pre-Suit Paralegal with Personal Injury experience.
Your specific duties will include: Investigations to gather evidence and assess the strength of their legal claims or defenses. Engage in settlement discussions to try to resolve the matter without going to court. Pre-filing requirements, such as providing notice or complying with statutory procedures before a lawsuit can be filed. Legal disputes may take steps to preserve relevant evidence to prevent its destruction or loss. Consult with attorneys or legal advisors to understand their rights, obligations, and potential legal strategies. Gathering information from clients, witnesses, and relevant sources. Research relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to personal injury claims.
Specific qualifications for the position include: Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law. Fluent in English and Spanish perferred Min.
3 years experience as a Paralegal in Personal Injury Law or related field. Must be well-versed in handling all aspects of case management from inception to resolution in Litigation.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
