The Pre-Litigation Paralegal oversees the entire process of personal injury cases, from initiation to completion.
This role requires the ability to gather, analyze, and research information and documents, handle a moderate to high caseload, excel in multitasking and prioritization, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should be a collaborative team member, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities include managing all pre-litigation communications and serving as the primary point of contact among clients, attorneys, medical providers, lien holders, and insurance companies.
Coordinating and overseeing clients' medical care, educating them on case progress, setting realistic expectations, and escalating issues to attorneys as needed.
Handling all case-related medical records and bills, preparing demands, overseeing negotiations and offers, aiding in the medical bill and lien reductions, assembling settlement packages, and managing client sign-offs.
Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a Plaintiff's personal injury caseload.
