JOB DESCRIPTIONWe're looking for a full-time or part- time Kitchen Prep Assistant who takes pride in helping to create authentic Italian attractive and delicious dishes.
The ideal candidate will have kitchen experience, can work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSome of your duties may include: Cleaning, cutting and breading meats and vegetables
Preparing and packaging soups and dressings Mixing ingredients Prepare catering orders Packaging and stocking displays and coolers Replenishing supplies Washing dishes Maintain a clean work area and equipment Assist with other duties as assignedSchedule: You will typically work up to 5 days per week starting in the early morning at 5am and working until the work is completed.
You can expect to work additional days and/or hours during peak periods.
This position requires weekend work.You'll need to be able to: Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Maintain a high level of organization with a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentRequirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
