The Role As a Senior Solution Advisor, you will utilize SAP technology to amaze our customers by realizing their vision and solving their most complex problems. As a specialist in the Human Capital Management space, you will focus on one or more of the following areas:

Qualifications and Experience – Do yours line up? Hint: you don't have to be an expert in everything and it's okay if you haven't had a Presales role in the past. If what you've read so far excites you, we want to talk! Experience: 5+ years of relevant presales OR Human Capital Management experience involving customer installations.Extensive knowledge/background in Human Capital Management end-to-end business processesStrong expertise with Core HR and Payroll is preferredWorking knowledge of SAP On-Premise Payroll is valuedExperience working within a Regulated Industries Sector such as Federal, SLED or Healthcare is valuedExperience exercising creative problem-solving and pivoting to respond to questions, objections and use cases.Superior presentation and written communication skillsEducation: SAP'S DIVERSITY COMMITMENT
