What You'll Do: Nurturing Learning Environments: Cultivate enriching educational experiences tailored to children ages 3-5.
You'll plan and execute activities that foster social, cognitive, physical, and emotional development, laying a strong foundation for their future growth.Developmental Screening: Conduct comprehensive assessments to track each child's developmental progress.
With attention to detail, you'll document milestones and identify areas for targeted intervention, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.Safety and Supervision: Ensure the well-being and security of our young learners at all times.
You'll maintain oversight of indoor and outdoor environments, implementing rigorous safety protocols to safeguard their health and well-being.Guidance and Support: Provide mentorship and direction to Teacher Assistants and volunteers, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
Your expertise will empower them to deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the Head Start Performance Standards.Parent Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with families to support each child's educational journey.
Through parent conferences and regular engagement, you'll actively involve parents in their child's development, collaboratively addressing challenges and celebrating achievements.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of each child's progress, attendance, and observations.
