To further strengthen our business capabilities across verticals in the Americas, we are looking to employ a seasoned leader with solid experience in developing successful commercial organizations, focusing on selling to strategic Tier-1 clients, as well as developing strong relationships with our Strategic Partners. As the Americas President, you will, among other things:Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy for the Americas region, identifying target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities. Drive market expansion initiatives, including geographic expansion and penetration into new industry verticals.Lead revenue generation efforts across the Americas region, setting ambitious revenue targets and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed them. Focus on driving customer acquisition, retention, and upselling to maximize revenue growth.Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, customer success, and other functions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Oversee all aspects of Americas region operations, including sales operations, customer support, and service delivery, to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company objectives. Implement scalable processes and systems to support business growth and efficiency.Gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.Foster the Cognite culture within the Americas region, reflecting the company's values and commitment to excellence.
