About the Role The Company is seeking a President to lead its educational institution, which is dedicated to the mission of educating with love and for love.
The successful candidate will be a faith-filled, compassionate leader with a deep-rooted commitment to Catholic values and a strong understanding of the institution's charism.
Responsibilities include working with the Board and the Handmaids to develop and implement strategic plans, engaging the school community in the pursuit of these goals, and ensuring the selection and retention of personnel who are aligned with the school's mission.
The President will also provide academic leadership, oversee the financial functions, and maintain a strong relationship with the Board of Trustees.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' senior leadership experience in an academic setting, a Master's degree is preferred, and a proven track record in institutional advancement, including fundraising and enrollment.
They should be a collaborative manager, an excellent communicator, and possess strong problem-solving and crisis-management skills.
The role requires a leader who is visible, supportive, and accessible, and who can foster a culture of professionalism, positive staff morale, and inclusive school culture.
The President will be the primary contact for all school matters relating to the Handmaids and Province and must be prepared for limited travel and to attend events outside of regular working hours.
