Your role at MOBE The President of MOBE will play a key leadership role in driving business growth, client retention, operational efficiency, and strategic innovation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the President will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing strategic relationships, accelerating the speed to new business, and ensuring operational effectiveness within cross-functional teams. This leader will collaborate closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to set and execute strategic goals, positioning the company for sustainable growth and exceptional performance.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the CEO and Leadership Team to shape and implement short- and long-term strategic plans in alignment with the company's overall mission, vision, and objectives.Serve as a MOBE brand ambassador, broadening awareness and facilitating commercial payor adoption of MOBE's value promise.Develop, leverage and oversee key external partnerships to drive growth and new business opportunities to enhance the company's market presence and competitive edge.Partner with the CEO, Advisory Board and Commercial Sales to execute plans to accelerate the company's growth trajectory and drive client acquisition.Develop and lead strategies to enhance existing client relationships and retention of our services.Leverage industry network and knowledge to build brand awareness and value proposition.Drive performance, strategy, and alignment of the company's revenue-generating departments.Collaborate with the sales, finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals.Leverage market insights to anticipate industry trends and capitalize on new opportunities for expansion, partnerships and strategic alliances.Partner with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded. Oversee resource allocation to maximize ROI and support strategic priorities.Regularly present strategic plans, financial reports, and operational updates to the Board of Directors and Advisory Board.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, laws, and standards.Travel as needed up to 50% of the time.Other duties as assigned to help drive to our mission.Position Requirements Qualifications Required 10+ years proven ability to lead and motivate teams.Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans with a focus on growth and retention.Thorough understanding of local, regional and national healthcare markets and competitive landscape.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated experience to command presence and navigate healthcare industry discussions.Strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and drive results.Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.Preferred Proven sales experience within HealthPlans.Guiding Principles: We want employees who are kind, talented, and committed, who live by our guiding principles and choose to work at MOBE because of these principles.
