About the Role The Company is seeking a President to lead its adventure recreation and team-building business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial and operating performance of the facility, with a focus on optimizing profitability, fostering client and stakeholder relationships, and creating a culture of accountability.
This role requires a strategic partner who can build on the company's 5-star reputation, engage with the community, and drive business development initiatives.
The President will also be involved in onsite leadership, employee retention, and staff development, as well as the implementation of major business initiatives and solutions to support the company's objectives.
Applicants for the President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, a minimum of 7 years of management experience, and a proven track record in the outdoor recreation and leisure industry.
The role demands operational knowledge of adventure sports, retail, entertainment, and experience in managing marketing programs.
