Lime is hiring a Pricing Program Manager to join our Rider Growth team! In this role, you will shape and execute bold, data-driven pricing solutions that fuel our global market expansion and rider engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. The individual hired for this position must live within one hour of a Lime warehouse within the US.
\n What you'll do: Drive Pricing Program OptimizationRefine and balance company profitability with long-term rider engagement by implementing data-driven pricing strategies. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to design and execute pricing experiments that continually test and improve pricing programs including legacy programs such as pay-as-you-go, and LimePass. Drive off-the-shelf pricing programs simplification to optimize rider retention and adoption. Own Pricing Metrics ManagementManage and monitor key pricing metrics including price competitiveness, and avg. price per trip against forecasts on a global and regional level. Participate in financial forecasting on pricing and rider metrics by incorporating both strategic pricing investments and revenue or trip upsides Drive Pricing Elasticity Discovery and ApplicationPartner with cross-functional teams to design pricing experiments to improve elasticity estimates to enable smarter, data-driven pricing decisions.Design frameworks and guardrails to incorporate pricing elasticity into the pricing optimization process in targeted scenarios. Facilitate Best-Practice SharingFacilitate knowledge sharing across regions to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in pricing strategies. Documenting key learnings from retrospective pricing experiments and sharing them across teams, you'll create a culture of collaboration that drives pricing optimization at a global scale. About you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, data analytics, or a related role, ideally within tech or mobility sectors.Demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical exercises and derive actionable insights for pricing and promotions.Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong business acumen with a passion for managing recurring pricing tasks while building automation for pricing features and capabilities.Proven ability to communicate complex insights to senior leadership and drive decision-making. Preferred experience: MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.Experience with pricing best practices, price promotion and demand elasticity models. Experience with customer segmentation and customer behavior analysis.
\n The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $174,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
