Practice Description Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.

Practice Details: 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians. Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day. 34 patient contact hours per week. Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections. Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule. As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). Income Details: Initial 2 year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program rewarding production, quality and patient experience. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. BC/BE through NCCPA. Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges. 2 years of Physician Assistant experience required. Community Information M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN. We are situated on the same campus as M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.
