Practice DescriptionFairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Lakeville. Join a collegial and busy practice, located in the growing community of Lakeville, MN.
5 provider primary care practicePatient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.Full time is 34 patient contact hours per week.Call Frequency: Call is approximately 1:15.
