Position:Geriatrician/Mobile Doctor, Regional Medical Director Location: Northern and Central Orange County, CA, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive medical assessments for elderly patients in diverse settings (home care, assisted living, nursing homes)Prescribe medications and develop tailored treatment plans to address the complex medical needs of seniorsCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of careMaintain accurate and detailed patient medical recordsCoordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities as neededProvide leadership and clinical direction for Advanced Practice Providers (NP, PAs)Qualifications:MD or DO with a minimum of 2 years of medical practice experienceSpecialized experience in geriatric care is requiredExcellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building meaningful relationships with elderly patients and their familiesStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailProven leadership qualities with the ability to foster a collaborative team environmentMalpractice insurance coverageFlexible scheduling for an optimal work-life balanceCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for ongoing professional growth and developmentLeadership and directorship stipendsIf you're dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and are looking for a rewarding career with a supportive, collaborative team, Senior Doc is the place for you.
