Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join a growing practice at PMG Canby.
We are looking for a Family Medicine physician -OR- an outpatient Internal Medicine physician to deliver broad scope primary care for children, families, adults & geriatric patients in the community.
You?ll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and some In Basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, and case management team.
With a clinic expansion in 2020, this new space offers 13 exam rooms, with physical therapy and diagnostic imaging onsite, and it serves as a medical hub for families and aging adults in a fast-growing community in the Willamette Valley, located 25 miles Southeast of Portland, OR.
