Primary Care Physician We are seeking dedicated Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our full-time outpatient practices across the scenic Finger Lakes Region of New York.
This role offers a direct hire opportunity, designed for physicians eager to be involved in community medicine and who are passionate about providing primary care within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Your main focus will be on delivering comprehensive patient care, managing overall patient wellness and preventive care, and ensuring high-quality medical service.
Light call duties, competitive compensation package, including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan repayment options, and other excellent benefits make this position desirable.
Salary: $225,000 - $300,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide full scope of primary care services including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance to a dedicated patient population.Communicate effectively with patients and family members, delivering compassionate care.Participate in shared light call phone coverage with other system practices to provide patient support after hours.Maintain a strong focus on patient-centered approach in all clinic operational aspects.Utilize EHR to accurately document patient care and coordinate with multidisciplinary team members.Stay current with medical technologies and best practices in outpatient medicine.Minimum Position Qualifications: M.D.
or D.O.
