Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient care to mostly adult patients (18 and over) Collaborate with a dedicated collegial team Participate in quality initiatives and evidence-based care No inpatient call, late night shifts, or weekends Qualifications Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Open to new graduates Benefits Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental, life & disability insurance, generous paid time off, and substantial employer-paid retirement plan contribution Compensation is between $239,937 and $334,397 per year, including productivity bonuses and other incentives Eligibility for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (consult with loan servicer for qualifications) Where You'll Work Facey Medical Foundation is the MSO for Facey Medical Group with offices in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Simi valleys.
