Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Vanderbilt. As the largest FQHC in the United States, the Gotham Health Community-Based Practices serve diverse families and individuals throughout New York City.
Opportunity Details: Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient populationRobust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population HealthAccess provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leadersResponsible for the supervision of mid-level providersArrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patientsQualificationsBoard Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineWages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $205,000* (board eligible); $210,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $280,700** (board eligible) and $286,520** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
